Terms and Conditions of 567t – Clear Rules for Playing Safely

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 567t platform, available at 567t.best, and all associated services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, progressive jackpot, crash games, roulette, and any other entertainment format offered by the platform.

567t is a digital entertainment platform aimed at Brazilian users aged 18 and over. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, that you reside in Brazil, and that you are aware that betting and gambling involve real financial risk.

567t reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To create a 567t account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF;

567t operates in Brazilian reais (BRL). All balances displayed on the platform — deposits, withdrawals, winnings, and bonus amounts — are denominated in R$. There is no currency conversion: you deposit in BRL, bet in BRL, and withdraw in BRL.

567t accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix — primary method, balance available within seconds of payment confirmation;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business days;
• Credit or debit card — national and international flags accepted;
• PicPay — instant deposit via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — deposit via Mercado Pago wallet or account balance;

Withdrawals on 567t are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, though withdrawals above certain thresholds may be subject to additional security checks.

The processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 5 minutes for the vast majority of requests. In cases requiring identity verification (KYC) or a security review, the timeframe may be extended to up to 24 business hours, and our support team will reach out to provide a status update.

• Withdrawals may only be made to Brazilian bank accounts held in the account holder's name;

Bet settlement:

• Bets are settled based on the official result published by the competition's governing body after the event concludes;
• In football, 90-minute bets do not include extra time or penalties unless expressly stated in the market;
• In UFC/MMA, bets on the winner include any method of victory (knockout, submission, decision) unless the market specifies otherwise;
• In e-sports, each match (map, game) is treated as a separate event. The full series is an independent market.

Cancelled or postponed events:

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's real balance;
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that period, bets are voided and stakes returned;
• In multiple bets (accumulators), the voided selection is removed from the bet slip and the odds are recalculated for the remaining selections.

567t reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market or user, and to refuse bets at its discretion in cases of incorrect odds due to technical errors or outdated information.

The casino games available on 567t — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live game shows — are provided by certified developers audited by independent bodies that verify the randomness of results (RNG — Random Number Generator).

Under no circumstances will 567t's total liability for any individual user claim exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
